  Rob Freedman has been a tremendous asset to my husband and me, enabling us to get into the income property market in Manhattan Beach. He is knowledgeable, personable and tenacious. We have used Rob to buy and sell multiple properties and I truly believe that we were able to close a couple of difficult deals almost solely because he was our representative. I greatly appreciate his insight and opinions, and rely on him to give solid advice that takes into consideration our best interests and goals for each transaction.   I was fortunate enough to meet Donald McVicar earlier this year, through my rental manager. Donald provided me with all the information necessary in order to make a huge decision on whether I should sell my home or not. He did not sway me one way or the other, but simply provided all the tools needed to make the best decision for me. In the end it was best to sell the home, and Donald did what he said he would. He got me the highest price possible, in a very short amount of time, with a very smooth escrow. Although Donald continually claims that I was such a pleasure to work with and I made it easy, I believe it was just a good team effort. Thank you Donald.
